This data is collected in aggregate and is used solely to understand how the website is used and to improve it. It is not linked to any personally identifiable information.
b) URLs you submit
When you paste a Deezer link to process a download, that URL is temporarily handled by our servers to fetch and process the audio file. We do not store, log, or analyse the URLs you submit beyond what is technically required to complete your download request.
2. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated data about how visitors use our website — such as which pages are popular, how long sessions last, and where traffic comes from. This helps us improve the service.
Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect your anonymised IP address and browsing behaviour on this site. This data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not use Google Analytics Advertising Features, remarketing, or demographic reporting.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
3. Advertising
We do not display advertisements. We do not use any advertising networks, ad trackers, retargeting pixels, or behavioural tracking tools — now or ever. This is a firm commitment, not a placeholder.
4. File Processing & Storage
When you use our downloader, the audio file you request may be temporarily cached on our servers to facilitate the download process. Here is exactly what happens:
- Files are fetched transiently solely to serve your download
- All temporarily stored content is permanently and automatically deleted within 4 hours of being created — no exceptions
- We do not build a library of downloaded content
- No file is associated with your identity or account
4-hour auto-purge: Our servers run automated cleanup routines that ensure no processed audio content persists beyond 4 hours. Files are not archived, backed up, or shared.
5. Payment Processing
Currently, DeezDownloaders.com is entirely free to use and we do not collect any payment information.
In the future, we may introduce optional paid features. If we do, payments will be processed exclusively by trusted, industry-standard processors — Stripe and/or PayPal. In that case: we will never see or store your full card details; all payment data will be handled directly and securely by the payment processor under their own privacy policies; and this policy will be updated accordingly before any payment features go live.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by your browser. We use cookies in the following limited ways:
- Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics to track anonymous usage statistics (see Section 2)
- Functional cookies — essential cookies that may be required for the website to work correctly (e.g., session management)
